Product Introduction:

This product is a new environmentally friendly non fluorescent lubricant for drilling fluids. It can form a strong adsorption film on the surface of metal and clay, significantly improving the lubricity of drilling fluid, reducing the wear of drill bits and other accessories, extending the service life, and preventing sticking and jamming of drill bits, reducing mud wrapped drill bits, making it easy to handle downhole accidents. The main features are:
(1) Has excellent lubrication performance, with a reduction rate of over 60% in lubrication coefficient;
(2) Fluorescence level less than 3, can be used for exploration wells;
(3) Compliance with marine emission standards is beneficial for environmental protection.

Products Usage :

Add on a weekly basis, recommended dosage; 1% -2% .
Suitable for various water-based drilling fluids and well types. Especially suitable for drilling large displacement wells and horizontal wells in areas with strict environmental requirements.
Packaging and storage and transportation
Using polyethylene plastic drums for packaging, with a net weight of 50 kilograms per drum; Alternatively, galvanized iron drums can be used for packaging, with a net weight of 200 kilograms per drum.
Should be stored in a cool and shaded place. The retention period is 1 year .
